Work on Act 2 is distinctly slow right now, as we hack away at Act 1 to make it all t3h snazzy. However, we are still making progress.
It's one of the weird things about this project - the extent to which I'm having to think about and work on multiple different sections of the film at once, due to its episodic nature. Currently, for example, we're polishing episodes 1-3, filming episodes 4-5, about to do the voice recording for episodes 6-7, and planning the voice recording for episodes 8-11. All at the same time. And once we're in filming, it'll be even worse, as we'll be publicising the episodes we just released at the same time as shooting new ones.
It's complicated, interesting, and surprisingly fun. And the good news is that Everything Gets Delayed. So even if you screw up and have to delay filming for a couple of weeks, say, the chances are that the voice recording will be delayed too, or vica versa. I'm finding the entire task surprisingly Zen.
Like I said, right now. Ask me again in 3 months.
But this is the first time ever I've felt the need to buy and use a wall-planner.
